About
*Duties: *
* Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols
* Monitor residents’ health status, including vital signs, behavior changes, and overall well-being
* Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, injections, and other clinical tasks within scope
* Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and care staff to develop and update individualized care plans
* Supervise and support nursing assistants and caregivers, ensuring quality care is delivered
* Respond to medical needs, incidents, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care, services, and changes in condition
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers
* Ensure compliance with state regulations, safety standards, and infection control practices
* Support residents with memory care needs using patience, redirection, and person-centered approaches
* Assist with admissions, assessments, and resident transitions as needed
* Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
