Location: Tampa, Florida (Hybrid) Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Azure DevOps and cloud-native engineering to help scale and optimize our digital insurance platform. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our infrastructure and applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure using Azure DevOps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate deployment processes and improve software delivery. Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability and performance. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and deployment. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers. Qualifications: Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on Azure DevOps. Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture and microservices. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
