About

Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation based in Tamworth, is looking for a Videographer & Editor to join their growing in-house creative team. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment, producing videos that make an impact from marketing campaigns and product launches to social media and training content.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience in videography and editing or a recent graduate with a strong portfolio. You'll be involved in every stage of production, from storyboarding and filming to editing and final delivery.
Salary is up to £29,000 depending on experience. Hours of work will be 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Please note this is an office-based position.

What You'll Do:
  • Shoot and edit high-quality, engaging video content for marketing, social media, campaigns, and training
  • Take ownership of smaller projects while collaborating on larger productions
  • Edit and grade footage, add graphics, motion elements, and sound design
  • Source and edit imagery to enhance video content
  • Support the wider creative team with assets for campaigns

Skills & Experience:
  • 1–2 years' experience in videography and editing, OR a strong portfolio for graduates
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Some experience with lighting, sound, and camera equipment
  • Strong understanding of video editing workflows, formats, and encoding
  • Creative eye for framing, composition, and storytelling
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to work independently or collaboratively
  • Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D/motion tools, however, this is not essential
