Operations Manager
Pour un poste fixe à 100% à pourvoir immédiatement Profil attendu
- 4 à 7 ans d'expérience, idéalement en consulting ou en environnement structurant
- Expérience en optimisation de process et organisation opérationnelle
- Bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion (ERP type Odoo, Excel)
- Sensibilité aux sujets IA et automatisation
- Compréhension des environnements digitaux / cloud
- Rigueur et organisation fortes
- Capacité à imposer un cadre avec intelligence
- Esprit structuré et orienté solution
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement créatif
- Communication claire et pragmatique
