This is a fantastic opportunity to join a quality-led housebuilder on a scheme of 89 homes, comprising a mix of apartments and houses. The role will suit a confident and personable sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about delivering a first-class buying experience.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing all sales enquiries from initial contact through to completion
* Conducting viewings and presenting the development to prospective purchasers
* Building strong relationships with buyers, agents, and internal stakeholders
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting via CRM systems
* Ensuring the sales suite and show homes are always presented to a high standard
* Working towards and exceeding sales targets
* Progressing sales by liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and the wider team
Requirements:
* Previous experience working for a residential developer in a Sales Advisor role (essential)
* Strong understanding of the new homes sales process
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Professional, proactive, and self-motivated
* Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Bexhill-on-Sea
