Basic Qualifications: 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD Proven experience in digital sales, campaign operations and activation, enablement, or related field Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement platforms, specifically Microsoft Dynamics and Highspot. LMS, AI Role Play, and video editing experience a plus. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track and optimize enablement performance and impact Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and regions The ideal candidate will be : Customer-obsessed with the ability to develop enablement programs that resonate with sales reps and drive meaningful impact to pipeline Forward-thinking mindset with a strong point of view on the future of sales tools, automation, and seller workflows while consistently seeks ways to simplify, modernize, and scale how sellers adopt and use enablement technology An excellent team player who can work effectively and build partnerships across teams and regions Exceptionally curious and adaptable with an appetite to learn, be flexible and make a meaningful impact Results oriented, naturally setting stretch goals for personal accomplishment and works tenaciously to achieve those goals A self-starter who acts with a sense of urgency, takes the initiative on actions establishes metrics to monitor progress and measure success maintains focus by avoiding or overcoming roadblocks. This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 109,800 to 206,700 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
