Two-Way Radio Sales Specialist
to help businesses stay connected with industry-leading communication technology from Motorola Solutions.
In this role, you'll work remotely while serving customers across the region from your base in Salt Lake City. You'll help organizations in industries like construction, hospitality, security, manufacturing, and education implement reliable communication solutions that keep their teams safe, efficient, and productive.

What You'll Do
Develop and manage new and existing customer relationships across multiple industries
Identify customer needs and recommend the right two-way radio and communication solutions
Present and demonstrate products from Motorola Solutions
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Prepare quotes, proposals, and close sales opportunities
Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to ensure excellent customer experiences
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity tracking in CRM

Qualifications
What You Bring
2+ years of sales experience
(B2B sales preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a
remote sales environment
Ability to manage multiple prospects and opportunities simultaneously
Experience with technology, communications equipment, or industrial solutions is a plus
Valid driver's license and ability to visit local customers when needed
