Location: Rochester, Minnesota
Job type: Full time
Schedule: 7am Start time, Monday - Friday
Hourly pay: $24.00 - $29/hr
**Compensation for this position includes hourly pay, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role.
Are you ready to combine customer service, sales, and logistics into one rewarding role? Viking Electric is looking for a Route Sales Driver to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing inventory, and driving results.
What You'll Do
Deliver products to customer sites and manage inventory using digital tools.
Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow sales.
Collaborate with our sales team to increase Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) revenue.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of customer service, retail, or sales experience.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet Motor Vehicle Policy requirements.
Must be 21+ and able to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work independently.
