We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects across various departments. *Duties*
* Lead end-to-end project planning, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
* Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
* Develop comprehensive project plans following PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) standards and implement project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or SAFe to adapt to project needs.
* Monitor project progress through earned value management and risk assessments; proactively address issues through root cause analysis and conflict management strategies.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams by conducting regular meetings, status updates, and communication of project milestones using collaboration platforms such as Confluence or SharePoint.
* Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure quality deliverables while controlling costs through effective cost control practices.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives like Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Waterfall process mapping to enhance efficiency and business process modeling.
* Oversee change management initiatives by facilitating stakeholder engagement and communication strategies that support organizational transitions.
* Prepare detailed reports on project performance metrics for executive review; utilize PPM tools like Primavera P6 or VersionOne for portfolio management.
* Ensure compliance with quality management standards and oversee project documentation for audit readiness.
*Experience*
* Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
* Demonstrated supervising experience leading diverse teams in a collaborative setting with strong team management skills.
* Extensive background in program development, program design, and project lifecycle management from initiation through closure.
* Strong skills in requirements analysis, process mapping, business process modeling, and requirements management tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
* Expertise in risk management techniques including root cause analysis and Earned Value Management (EVM) for tracking project health.
* Familiarity with IT infrastructure projects involving ERP systems, IT project management tools like Primavera P6 or Project Server, and technical writing capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional), Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), or equivalent is highly preferred; knowledge of PMI standards is advantageous. Pay: $95.00 - $120.00 per hour
