We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design and deliver scalable solutions within a collaborative IT environment. This role focuses on architecture, development, and mentoring while driving system enhancements across Salesforce platforms.
Responsibilities Lead technical design for complex Salesforce solutions and integrations Define architecture (data model, security, integrations, performance) aligned with best practices Develop reusable components and frameworks Review code for quality, scalability, and security Mentor developers and support team growth Collaborate with stakeholders on roadmap, releases, and technical strategy Requirements
6+ years of Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, LWC) Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Experience with system integrations and APIs Familiarity with Git and CI/CD or DevOps tools Strong communication and technical design skills Preferred
Experience with insurance platforms or contact center integrations Familiarity with telephony or voice solutions within Salesforce
