Overview: We’re looking for a
Design Program Manager
who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves driving complex projects from idea to launch. In this role, you’ll sit at the center of
Product, Engineering, and Design , ensuring that key initiatives, impacting both buyers and sellers, are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and on time. This is not a pure design role. It’s a
high-impact program management role
focused on execution, alignment, and delivering results at scale. What You’ll Do Own and drive
end-to-end delivery
of cross-functional programs Manage
timelines, roadmaps, and execution plans
to ensure on-time releases Collaborate closely with
Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams Identify risks, remove blockers, and keep teams aligned Improve workflows using
modern tools and AI (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools) Bring structure to ambiguity and ensure clear communication across teams What You’ll Work On You’ll contribute to key platform experiences, including: Buyer & seller journeys Payments and transaction flows Shipping and fulfillment processes Seller tools and marketplace experiences What We’re Looking For 8–10+ years of experience in
Program/Project Management or PDLC execution Strong experience working with
Product and/or Engineering teams Proven ability to manage
complex, cross-functional programs Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to
drive execution, manage ambiguity, and deliver results Familiarity with
e-commerce, marketplace, xywuqvp payments, or fintech domains
is a plus Comfortable using or learning
AI tools and modern collaboration platforms Nice to Have Exposure to
UX/Design teams or Design Operations Experience in
