IT Desktop Support Technician

REPORTS TO:
IT Manager
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
12 Months, Hourly
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in IT support
- IT Certifications a plus
IT Tasks/Knowledge
- Knowledge of Networking; Firewalls, Routers, Switches, AP's
- Work on phones systems (Avaya, Cisco)
- Setting up/Troubleshooting of Windows, Apple, Chrome devices, printers/copiers, projectors, ect..
- Repair Chromebooks
- Setup Laptop Carts
- Some wiring of Ethernet cable
IT Expectations
- Ability to work on your own, be self-motivated
- Communicate with staff/students, in person and through email * Professional and Understanding
- Change tasks at a moment's notice
- Organized
- Drive to multiple campuses(Goodyear/Buckeye) in a day
OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend meetings and training as required. Maintain confidentiality. Recommend new efficiency improvements.
