Pay Range :
($25-$27) hourly
Overview:
Provide on-site IT support for office and production environments, handling service requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting business systems. Work closely with internal IT teams and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Requirements:
High School Diploma required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS 365, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) preferred Familiarity with device management tools (Intune, SCCM) is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Responsibilities:
Provide first-level IT support (onsite & remote) for hardware, software, and network issues Manage and update service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation Support onboarding/offboarding (device setup, account provisioning) Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with audits and hardware refresh Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and IT projects Guide users on MS 365 tools and IT processes Coordinate with vendors and escalate issues when required.
