We're ambitious for our children and young people, families and staff, and believe in their futures.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Coordinator with a passion for developing a career within HR.As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role between our hiring managers and candidates. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising vacancies and coordinating interviews to making offers and collating candidate documentation.For the successful candidate, we offer excellent opportunities for development alongside a competitive salary and benefits package.Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop a strong understanding of the brands within Polaris, including their purpose, culture and environmentTake ownership of vacancy adverts, including drafting, posting and monitoring applicationsReview applications, screen candidates and create shortlists for hiring managersSource candidates directlyLiaise with candidates via phone and email, providing clear information about roles, responsibilities, salary and benefitsCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersEnsure hiring managers have all necessary interview documentation, including questions and application formsProvide interview feedback to candidatesBuild rapport and deliver excellent customer service at all timesMaintain strict client and candidate confidentialityComplete a range of administrative duties relating to recruitmentCollate all required documentation for successful candidates in line with company and regulatory requirementsLiaise with HR regarding the onboarding processAbout YouExcellent communication and customer service skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong organisational skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently managing your own workloadExperience working with the full Microsoft Office suitePrevious experience in a recruitment or HR role would be advantageousPrevious experience or knowledge of children's residential homes would be advantageousWe are an equal opportunities employer and positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates.The successful applicant will be subject to a DBS check if successful for the position.Polaris is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff to share this commitment.We reserve the right to withdraw this advert without notification.
