  • As IBM Planning Analytics Development Lead, you will be functionally responsible as a subject matter lead for an agile DevOps team, developing and operating IBM Planning Analytics Applications in the finance area.
  • Guiding and enabling the development team, as well as developing insightful Cubes, Reports, and Dashboards in IBM Planning Analytics, lies within your scope of responsibility.
  • You will create and refine development guidelines together with the overall IBM Planning Analytics team and perform design as well as code reviews.

  • You will experience the start-up spirit, making your contribution through entrepreneurial thinking and acting as a leading in-house provider for planning and analytics based on integrated data within Bosch.

*In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least EUR 86.000 for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the eligibility requirements based on collective agreements) in the case of a comprehensive execution of job requirements. In addition, there is an individual, performance-related pay, a bonus based on the company's success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.   • Education: completed university studies in (business) computer science, information technology, physics, business administration or a comparable subject
  • Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in IBM Planning Analytics / TM1, with experience in handling agile working methods and processes
  • Qualifications: very good knowledge of TM1, including TI processes, rules, and feeders; experience with Planning Analytics Workspace and Planning Analytics for Excel; a good understanding of SQL and Azure DevOps (as Build & Release & Backlog tool) is desirable; experience with accounting and controlling processes is helpful
  • Personality and Working Practice: you are a committed team player who is responsible and flexible; you work in an agile manner with an analytical and proactive approach, being result- and solution-oriented, and you have a strong affinity for optimizing user experience (UX)
  • Enthusiasm: you have a passion for data and its corresponding insights, including modelling planning applications; you excel at developing interdisciplinary approaches and products for customers; and you are skilled at presenting complex issues in a simple manner
  • Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German
