Spin Modern is a Virginia Beach–based advertising agency serving professional service brands, medical practices, maritime companies, and high-value B2B clients. We build websites and marketing systems designed to generate leads and sales — not just look good.
We are hiring a *Junior WordPress Assistant* to support our web team with day-to-day website updates, builds, and maintenance.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on supporting our lead WordPress designer.
This role is well-suited for someone currently in college. Students from Tidewater Community College, Norfolk State University, Old Dominion University, or Regent University are encouraged to apply.

This position is 100% in-office in Virginia Beach, VA.

*What You’ll Do*
Assist with building _*WordPress pages using Divi and Elementor*_
Format and upload content (text, images, blog posts, service pages)
Make basic website edits and updates
Follow clear instructions from our lead designer
Ensure pages are clean, organized, and mobile-friendly
Install and update plugins as directed
Perform routine website checks and minor fixes
Support ongoing website projects across multiple clients
*Required Experience*
Basic experience with WordPress (personal or professional)
Familiarity with page builders: *Divi, Elementor, or similar *(Wix, Weebly & Squarespace aren't helpful)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Organized and able to manage simple tasks across multiple websites
Reliable and consistent with execution
Basic understanding of how websites function
*Bonus*
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Experience with image editing (Photoshop or similar)
Interest in web design, SEO, or digital marketing
Agency or client work experience
