Salary: Β£18,468.75 pro rata (Β£24,625.00 full-time equivalent)

Your RoleAs a Recruitment Coordinator , you will be at the heart of our hiring process, acting as a vital link between our hiring managers and candidates. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will support the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all involved.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a strong understanding of Polaris brands, including their purpose, culture, and environment.
- Take ownership of vacancy adverts: draft, post, and monitor applications.
- Review applications, screen candidates, and create shortlists for hiring managers.
- Source candidates directly and liaise with them via phone and email.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure hiring managers have all necessary interview documentation.
- Provide interview feedback to candidates and maintain excellent customer service.
- Complete a range of administrative duties related to recruitment.
- Collate all required documentation for successful candidates in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with HR regarding the onboarding process.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently manage your own workload.
- Experience with the full Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role is advantageous.
- Knowledge of children's residential homes is a plus.
