About
The Applications Analyst I support could include a subspecialty in designing and delivering training documentation for software used in business and clinical processes. This includes business and clinical analysis, training materials, user guides, building, testing, and maintaining training environments.
The Applications Analyst I may be required to provide support coverage 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The ability and means to regularly travel throughout the UVM Health Network is required
Education:
A bachelor's degree in a clinically relevant field, computer science, or information technology is preferred. For Epic Application support, certification is required within 120 days of hire with a maximum of three attempts. Experience:
Experience with Epic (or another EMR) implementation/support preferred, but not required. Recommended 1 or more years of clinical experience. Clinical experience in an inpatient or long-term care setting, or experience supporting clinical applications in these settings, is preferred.
The role of Applications Analyst includes multiple levels. The hiring team reserves the right to determine appropriate level placement of our final candidate.
