About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduler to join our busy Team. To help support our repairs service in delivering effective and efficient scheduling in an aim to help maximise productivity and improve resident satisfaction.
Some of the main duties of the role will involve:
- Activity scheduling work to be completed in the relevant timescales and ensuring that diaries are scheduled efficiently and proactively for best use of time for our Operatives
- Communicating effectively at every stage of scheduling and job interaction with the resident to keep them informed in an aim to help reduce complaints in addition to liaising with Operatives, contractors and suppliers to deliver a seamless service.

About You
We are looking for someone that is organised, proactive and hard-working. Someone that can manage their time and diaries efficiently and use their own initiative on a daily basis. Experience of working within a customer facing role (or over the phone) where clear and effective communication is essential and experience of working in a similar role, ideally in the housing or maintenance sector is beneficial.
The successful candidate will be proficient in using IT and Microsoft programmes and a digital champion for others within Broadland.
