We are looking for motivated individuals to accurately and efficiently pick items from our warehouse inventory to fulfill customer orders. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will be responsible for interpreting pick lists or using scanning devices to locate and retrieve products. Proper handling and staging of picked items are also essential parts of the job. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications (pick tickets, scanners).
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure correctness in product and quantity.
- Ensure picked items are handled with care and staged appropriately for packing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate manual equipment like pallet jacks as needed.
- Participate in inventory management tasks such as stock checks and cycle counts.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support the logistics team.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Contribute to meeting daily order fulfillment targets.
- Previous experience in an order picking or warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to read and understand order forms or operate hand-held scanners.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be able to perform frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and standing for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to consistently perform Lifting tasks, up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics operations.
- Commitment to a safe working environment and the proper use of PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
