We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in San Jose, California. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock inventory in designated locations using appropriate equipment.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing transportation, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and quality control.
- Follow all instructions regarding the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Be prepared for regular Lifting requirements throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all Safety guidelines.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the logistics industry is beneficial.
