Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Use RF scanners and order pick lists to fulfill orders efficiently.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack items securely and safely into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Stage packed orders for outgoing shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Perform safe lifting of products up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily logistics targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is advantageous.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to perform manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures, including PPE usage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
