About
We are looking for a motivated Material Handler to join our expanding logistics operations in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the efficient flow of materials within the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong adherence to safety standards. You'll work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure inventory accuracy and meet production goals. The ideal candidate is reliable, a team player, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming materials.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stage materials for shipment.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all safety guidelines.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Understand and follow all logistics procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
