Join our growing logistics operation as a Warehouse Associate in Sacramento, California. We are seeking an organized and hard-working individual to contribute to our warehouse team. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading shipments, and ensuring the overall efficiency and cleanliness of the warehouse. This role is essential for our supply chain management and requires a proactive approach to tasks and a strong commitment to safety. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to delivering quality service to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products.
- Pick and fill orders from stock.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile with data storage system.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipping using appropriate materials.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely (if applicable and certified).
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including wearing required PPE.
- Follow all logistics guidelines and company policies.
- Assist with heavy lifting and movement of goods as needed.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is advantageous.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform manual labor.
- Proficiency in lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
