We are looking for a dedicated Order Picker to join our growing logistics center in San Antonio, Texas. As an Order Picker, you will be essential in ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. Your primary duties will include retrieving products from warehouse shelves, verifying order details, and preparing items for shipment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to Safety. You will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the smooth operation of our supply chain. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial. We expect all team members to follow company policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE at all times. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a stable position in warehouse operations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse stock based on order forms or RF scanner data.
- Verify picked items against order lists to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Package products appropriately to ensure they are protected during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Operate pallet jacks or other light warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as collaboratively with colleagues.
- Good understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Willingness to comply with all company policies regarding Safety and PPE.
