Responsibilities:
- Accurately identify and retrieve ordered items from designated warehouse locations.
- Package products securely to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all contents are accounted for.
- Utilize scanning technology to track inventory movements and order fulfillment status.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your assigned workstation and surrounding areas.
- Follow all Safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counts.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily picking and packing targets.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or potential Safety concerns to your supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Capacity for Lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is beneficial.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety practices.
