Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using handheld scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for outgoing shipment.
- Process returns and restock inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear designated PPE .
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as a Fulfillment Associate or in a warehouse role preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and logistics processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding and adherence to safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
