Join our growing team as a Picker/Packer in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is essential to our order fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets and then carefully packing them for shipment. This involves using a variety of tools, including scanners, and ensuring that items are protected during transit. A high level of attention to detail is required to minimize errors and maintain customer satisfaction. You'll be working in a dynamic warehouse setting, part of a larger Logistics operation. Teamwork and communication are key to success in this role. We prioritize a safe working environment and provide all necessary PPE. Expect regular tasks involving moderate to heavy Lifting. The ability to work efficiently under pressure is important, as is maintaining a positive attitude. Responsibilities include reading pick tickets, locating items in a designated area, verifying quantities, packaging items securely, and preparing them for shipping.
