Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
- Load and unload materials from incoming and outgoing vehicles.
- Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods to designated areas.
- Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and stock placement.
- Ensure all materials are handled with care to prevent damage or loss.
- Perform routine checks on equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Follow all directives from warehouse supervisors and logistics managers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience operating forklifts and related equipment.
- Valid forklift certification is required.
- Ability to handle demanding physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 60 lbs.
- Deep understanding of warehouse safety best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to adhering to all PPE requirements.
