Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Strictly follow all company safety policies, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and basic computer systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Must be reliable and possess a strong work ethic.
