This position offers a hands-on role in managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our facility. You will be involved in receiving shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. The job requires regular physical exertion, including substantial Lifting (often up to 50 lbs), and meticulous attention to detail and Safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and care.
- Prepare shipments for loading and transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Participate in inventory counts and management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly valued.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Capability for significant Lifting and other physical tasks.
- Reliable and committed to safety procedures.
