Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Utilize RF scanners to track picked items and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Verify the correct items and quantities before preparing for shipment.
- Organize and stage picked orders for packing and shipping departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficient picking.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Must be able to perform lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Follow established workflows and contribute to overall logistics efficiency.
- Report any picking discrepancies or issues to a supervisor immediately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and RF scanner instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Comfortable with manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
