You will perform a variety of tasks including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and accurately record inventory locations.
- Pick products based on customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Must be able to perform lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Support overall logistics efficiency and team goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar labor-intensive role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
