Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against manifest documents.
  • Sort, stage, and put away received goods into designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick products from inventory based on order requirements using RF scanners.
  • Pack orders with appropriate materials to ensure product protection during transit.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training and certification provided).
  • Conduct cycle counts and participate in physical inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area, free from hazards.
  • Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Assist with truck loading and unloading operations.
  • Practice safe lifting techniques to prevent personal injury and product damage.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
