Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) to ensure product freshness and minimize obsolescence.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
- Monitor warehouse organization and ensure accurate product placement.
- Assist with receiving and shipping processes as needed, including some **lifting**.
- Ensure adherence to all company **safety** policies and warehouse **safety** best practices.
- Properly use **PPE** and adhere to all **safety** guidelines.
- Generate inventory reports for management review.
- Collaborate with **logistics** and operations teams to optimize inventory accuracy.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management and **safety**.
