Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect all incoming freight.
- Accurately document and stock inventory in appropriate locations.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
- Keep the distribution center clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Follow all **safety** guidelines and procedures diligently.
- Wear and utilize **PPE** at all times as required by the job function.
- Perform regular **lifting** and maneuvering of products, some of which can be substantial.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth **logistics** flow.
- Participate in ongoing **safety** training and quality improvement initiatives.
