About
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. In this general warehouse role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks essential to our daily operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your efforts will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of our Logistics department. We foster a culture of safety and provide all necessary training and PPE to ensure a secure working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Stock shelves and storage areas, ensuring items are placed correctly.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and utilize required PPE .
- Support the overall Logistics function of the warehouse.
- Assist with manual tasks, including Lifting and moving of goods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Familiarity with Logistics principles is helpful.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
