This position involves navigating our warehouse, locating specific products using scanners and pick lists, and carefully packaging them to ensure they arrive safely. The ideal candidate possesses excellent dexterity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders from warehouse shelves using a handheld scanner or pick list.
- Verify product information and quantities against order details.
- Package items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Conduct quality checks on products before packing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper Lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support operational goals.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform moderate Lifting, typically up to 40 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse terminology and processes is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet performance targets.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
