Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Print and apply shipping labels and other necessary documentation.
- Process returns and exchanges as needed.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40-50 pounds.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
