Job Summary:
As a Production Test Technician, you will be responsible for testing and validating the performance of Skids, Cartridges, oil reservoirs, and electrical control boxes. This critical role ensures each unit meets functional and safety standards before delivery. You'll also collect performance data to support engineering and production teams, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Test and validate finished products, including electrical control boxes and mechanical components
Capture and record test data for engineering and quality assurance teams
Perform visual and functional checks on high-pressure/high-voltage systems
Maintain compliance with 5S standards and general housekeeping protocols
Inspect and maintain test tooling to ensure reliable operation
Operate forklifts and assist with the movement of production materials
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
Required Experience:
High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred)
Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy components
Forklift operation experience
Hands-on mechanical aptitude
Comfortable with high-voltage and high-pressure systems
Good hand-eye coordination
Basic computer and documentation skills
Nice-to-Have Experience:
Associate’s degree in a technical or mechanical field
Experience in quality control or validation testing
Familiarity with electrical control systems and safety protocols
Required Skills:
Mechanical and electrical testing
Forklift operation
Physical strength and stamina
Preferred Skills:
High-voltage/high-pressure equipment experience
5S and lean manufacturing practices
Data capture and test documentation
Additional Skills:
Form-filling and email communication
