Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders as required.
- Stack and store materials in designated areas, ensuring proper organization and safety.
- Perform regular equipment checks and report any defects or maintenance needs.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, free of obstructions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support the overall logistics and operations teams in meeting targets.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a material handling or warehouse role.
- Forklift certification is a strong asset.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 60 pounds.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
