Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (if certified), pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including aisles and common areas.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Load trucks for outgoing deliveries.
- Identify and report damaged goods or inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 55 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of logistics principles is beneficial.
- Experience with RF scanners or other warehouse technology is a plus.
