Join our vibrant fulfillment center in Cincinnati, Ohio, as a Fulfillment Associate! This dynamic role is at the heart of our operations, responsible for efficiently processing and preparing customer orders for shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will handle a variety of tasks, including picking items, packing orders accurately, quality checking goods, and preparing shipments for dispatch. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet productivity goals while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality. Familiarity with warehouse systems and equipment is a plus. We prioritize a safe and positive work environment, requiring all associates to wear appropriate PPE and follow strict Safety protocols. This role involves consistent movement and the ability to perform Lifting of packages up to 40 lbs. Become a key player in our logistics network and contribute to delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order details.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection.
- Perform quality checks on items and packed orders.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity targets for picking and packing.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize required PPE , such as safety vests and gloves.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
