- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory on shelves and in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on order sheets or scanning devices.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the use of required PPE.
- Contribute to efficient logistics flow within the warehouse.
- Perform tasks involving lifting and moving materials as required.
- Report any safety hazards or operational issues to supervisors.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Capacity for lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to regulations.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong desire to work.
- Willingness to learn different warehouse functions.
- Basic understanding of inventory principles is a plus.
