Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for shipment.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory promptly.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or operational issues.
- Contribute to the smooth and efficient functioning of our logistics operations.
- Regularly perform lifting of packages, following safe lifting techniques for items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Ability to lift and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles and warehouse safety.
- Must be committed to wearing and maintaining PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
