Join our vibrant team in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a Picker/Packer. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items for customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Your efficiency and attention to detail will directly impact customer satisfaction. This position requires the ability to work quickly and accurately in a dynamic warehouse environment. You will be involved in various aspects of order fulfillment, from picking to packing and preparing goods for transit. We emphasize rigorous Safety standards and the mandatory use of PPE to ensure a secure workplace. Understanding of inventory systems and order processing is beneficial. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, reliable, and dedicated to producing high-quality work in our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory according to order specifications.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during shipping.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding areas.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory counts as needed.
- Follow all warehouse Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
