In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of our warehouse. This includes receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and fulfilling orders, packing and preparing items for shipment, and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. Physical stamina is a key requirement, as the role involves significant standing, walking, and repetitive lifting of items. Prioritizing safety in all activities is paramount, and strict adherence to wearing the appropriate PPE is mandatory. Experience with warehouse management systems and equipment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock shelves.
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks to move materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and wear required PPE at all times.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to handle moderate to heavy physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures and logistics .
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of proper safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Team player with good communication skills.
