This dynamic role is at the heart of our e-commerce operations, responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders. You will be involved in picking, packing, and shipping goods, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Our logistics operations depend on efficiency and precision. This position requires physical activity, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Process orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Conduct quality checks on picked and packed items.
- Label packages for shipping according to carrier requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures meticulously.
- Wear and correctly utilize all mandated PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order information and product codes.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse technology.
- Capacity for lifting up to 50 pounds and performing repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of e-commerce fulfillment and logistics processes.
- Dedication to Safety and compliance with PPE requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
