We are seeking motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida! This role is integral to our e-commerce logistics, focusing on the efficient and accurate handling of customer orders from placement to shipment. You will be responsible for picking items from inventory, meticulously packing them for safe transit, and preparing them for dispatch. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a team-oriented, fast-paced warehouse environment. Contributing to our streamlined logistics process is key to our success, and your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction. Working in our facility means being part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in fulfillment and distribution. We provide all necessary PPE to ensure your Safety on the job. You should be prepared for consistent Lifting of packages, generally up to 30 lbs, and must follow all Safety guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order specifications.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label and stage shipments for outgoing carriers.
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, updating inventory records.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment center.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols and company policies.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment or a similar role is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Capacity for physical tasks, including standing, walking, and moderate Lifting.
- Team player attitude.
