We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in the vibrant city of San Francisco, California. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks crucial to our logistics operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. This role requires a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and most importantly, safety. You will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately stock merchandise onto shelves or designated areas.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation accurately.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory verification.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Must be able to perform lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily logistics goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety principles.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
